We believe our products are of great quality and are accurate description of what we show in videos and our website. So we do not offer returns. All the purchases are final.
Damages and issues
We request you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days after delivery, in case of a missing item or if you received item other than you ordered. In order for the refund to be processed, we need an unboxing video of the package.
