Shipping Policy:

We process all orders in less than 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We make no guarantees and will accept no liability for a longer shipping time frame. Once the order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation notification including the package tracking number.

If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we shipped your order to and your tracking reads as successfully shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the courier to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you should contact your local post office should any problems arise. Tip: if you're not going to be home during delivery hours, we suggest calling the courier and asking them to hold your package at a local post office for pick up to prevent it from being lost or stolen.

The Jot Essence does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

The Jot Essence ships worldwide at this time. All pricing, taxes, shipping rates, etc. are listed and executed in Canadian Dollars.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING rates are based on total order weight and location of the buyer. These rates are subject to change without notice.
